What you learn

Business design. To craft regenerative, equitable and innovative solutions that create value for many different stakeholders, and the tools to transform businesses and systems that carry both economic goals and societal challenges.
Process design. To design and facilitate collaborative processes that can hold complexity, and to lead with empathy, adaptability and systemic awareness.
Project design and leadership. To organise, manage and lead projects across scales and contexts, delivering outcomes while building relationships and value for everyone involved. And to lead yourself first.

Is this for me?

Four people we meet every year in the application workshop. If you recognise yourself in one of them, keep reading.

You started something, and it did not work. Yet.

A festival, a shop, a collective, an app. You learned more in that year than in school. You want the craft to go with the instinct.

You are in a job, and you know it is not the work.

You are good at it. People rely on you. And you keep looking at the problems nobody in the building is allowed to touch.

You finished high school and refuse to pick a lane at nineteen.

Not because you are lost. Because every lane looks too narrow for what you want to do with your life.

You already lead people and want to do it on purpose.

Someone made you responsible for others. You want to earn it, with a method, a language and a group that will tell you the truth.

Three people who did it

“Kaospilot has taught me a lot about facilitation, business models and systemic thinking, but what has truly changed me are the perspectives and the strength I have encountered. No one is too small or too big to make a difference. One step at a time, but never alone.”
Caroline Wich, graduated 2023
“It’s fine that you’re figuring stuff out, but it’s a really good investment to spend a solid amount of hours reflecting on your vision in life and why you choose this path.”
Daniel Aneto, graduated 2021
“Sure, we had stellar lectures and I geeked out over the tools and methods, and I use them every single day. But the real deal? The camaraderie and the collective journey we had as a team.”
Björk Brynjarsdóttir, graduated 2018

Questions people ask before they apply

What does it cost?

DKK 4,250 a month, paid quarterly. Kaospilot has an Opportunity Grant for applicants who could not otherwise attend; ask about it in a Q&A.

Can I apply from outside the EU?

The education is open to EU and EEA citizens. If you are unsure about your status, write to us before you apply.

I do not have a high school diploma. Can I still apply?

High school completion is the formal requirement. If your path looks different, describe it in the application and tell us in the Q&A. We read the whole story.

Can I work alongside the education?

It is full time, with real projects and real deadlines. Many students work part time; ask current students in the Q&A what is realistic.

What happens after I apply?

Four steps: written application with a creative assignment, a three-day workshop in Aarhus, an interview, and a decision. Every step is explained on the How to apply page.

Can I visit before I apply?

Yes. Online Q&A sessions run until applications close, and there are open days in Aarhus. Sign up on the How to apply page and we send the dates.
